Hinkle Dinkle is a side character, known for his very tall figure. He turned to evil and decided to join B.A.D later on. Most of his motives, robberies, wherabouts and involvement in B.A.D is very speculated, as he seemed to be very secretive and most of the things about him are only theorised. It is said he was a supporting figure in the bombing of The World's Champion Staring Contest, but this is unknown. He liked to steal and has a small bounty before he disappeared around 2012. He had a bounty of S฿350,000.

Silly Cats[]
In the show, he appeared first as a side character in Silly Town, selling produce. Later on in the show, it repeatedly hints on Hinkle Dinkle turning evil, even showing him in the background of Season 3, which also shows that he might have been a part of the bombing at The Worlds Champion Staring Contest, but it's only a theory. It also showed him robbing some stores in the background, and showed him on a bounty board, before he disappeared all together. He hasn't been seen in the show since.

He appeared as a NPC at the start of the game, near the middle of Silly Town. He gae you the option to start a side-quest to find all his missing produce around town as fast as possible. If completed in under a minute, you would be awarded with 4000 Silly Bucks. If you didn't find all the produce in time, he wouldn't give you anything. The quest is repeatable if you failed. Surprisingly, he never showed up later on in the game as a theif, or was mentioned again. In the forest, you can find a non accessible hut that is called "Hinkle Hut", which shows that Hinkle Dinkle might live there in the forest.
Biography[]
Warning!! Biography was pieced together by mostly theories and speculation, eg his birth and early life, dates and times, involvement with B.A.D, but it is as close as possible to the truth.
Born at a unknown time and place in 1982, Hinkle Dinkle's parents were killed by an unknown cause, early in his life. He started growing up as an orphan, around the age of 9. He lived on the streets until he found a pile of produce, where he decided to start selling yummy fruits and veggies at a stall. Here, he seemed to be a functioning citizen of Silly Town. He also was known as a very big cat, being 11 sauces tall. But, after some strange side effects of his customers, it was discovered that his stall products were illegally sourced and contained illegal substances. He was doing this so the produce tasted super good so he had no competition and could make a monopoly off of his products, and he clearly gained a lot of money off doing this. He was also found evading taxes, which also increased his monopoly income.
As the citizens of Silly Town found out about this, and before he could get caught, he seemingly disappeared off the streets at 1999, never showing up to sell produce again. He from there, armed with a lot of money, joined B.A.D somewhere around 2000, and according to a B.A.D cat, bribed a little money to join also. He moved from Silly Town to Silly City at this time. From there, he was involved with armed robberies, vandalism, gang fights and more crimes also for the next year. As he became less and less spotted by citizens, his role at B.A.D seemed to increase, as he was seemingly involved with bigger crimes, such as the bombing of The World Champion Staring Contest, and maybe even the 11/2 Attack (heavily speculated). He was also in involvement with the Meowswagen AI Scandal in 2005, which was confirmed. Then, in 2007, he was found guilty of the Methane Mine Explosion in Russia, where he released large amounts of methane into the mine, triggering an explosion and killing 110 innocent cats. Here was when his bounty was increased to a mass total of S฿350,000.
Then, soon after, Hinkle Dinkle made a strange choice and bought stocks and shares of the failing company "Silly Drinks Co", reviving it somehow. With his shares in the company, he helped set up a shop for the company in Silly City, where the shop sold "Silly Fizz" He became one of the main investors in the company, and with the success of the company, gained a undisclosed (but high) amount of cash back. He most likely did this so he could get profit from the success of the business.
After a few more years of crime, Hinkle Dinkle dissapeared from the streets and all crimes suddenly in 2012, and wasn't seen again, and wasn't mentioned by B.A.D again either. In the end, Hinkle Dinkle was too silly for there own good leading them to become B.A.D. The Silly Drinks company still runs today, despite Hinkles dissapearance, and is under new managment.
It is shown by the mysterious wooden hut in the forest, that Hinkle Dinkle might be hiding away in the forest, as the hut is suspiciously named "Hinkle Hut". So far, no investigations have been started, possibly due to Hinkle being dangerous
A piece of graffiti appeared on a wall of a building in Silly City. It simply read: "the end is near, we must say goodbye". Paw Prints that match Hinkle Dinkle's were identified on the same wall. I wonder what it means?
