Billy is a minor villain in the Silly Cats series, appearing only in silly cats. He is the father of Bubble Cat, and is the rival of Bentley, the father of Limecat. He married Milly, but they later broke up because Billy joined B.A.D.

In Silly Cats: Online, Billy makes a minor appearance. He is found at his house's doorstep. If you walk up to him, he will shout "I hate Bentley!" Besides this, he serves no other purpose.
Biography[]
Billy was born at the beginning of time. He doesn't remember anything from this era though. This is most likely thought to be by The Black Book of Silly Magic, that Billy was a member of the Esoteric Council, but he was kicked out because he rejected the council in favor of manifesting into a physical body. All he remembers is waking up in a bathtub.
For many years, he sat in the bathtub refusing to move. Until, he heard noises outside of the house he was dwelling in. His curiosity got the best of him, and he decided to see what the noises were. When he finally got out of the bathtub, the soap suds remained on his fur. From his doorstep, he saw the noises was a lone farmer harvesting his Watermelon Cat harvest. Billy, being in the bathtub for so long, didn't really know what a Melon Cat was, but he thought the farmer needed some help. He walked up to the farmer, and he tapped on his shoulder and asked if he needed any help. The farmer declined, saying he was already having a bad day and that company was the last thing he wanted.
Billy soon learned that the farmer's name was Bentley. Billy didn't see the reasoning behind Bentley's refusal, so he kept asking. Bentley started getting annoyed and he eventually got so fed up, he kicked Billy out of his barn and locked the door with a crowbar. Billy was taken aback, as he thought that his kindness wasn't being accepted. So he thought that since he didn't want kindness, he would give him the opposite. Thus began Billy and Bentley's infamous rivalry. Their scuffles ranged from irritating pranks to full on fist-fighting. Although, Bentley always succeeded because of his advanced knowledge of silly magic. They kept fighting and fighting, but Billy started getting bored, so he would often do other things as well.
Billy, tired of the fighting for the day, decided to go to the local theme park, Sillyton Adventureland. He often liked to walk down the boardwalk, next to the artificial lake. He liked seeing the changing game stalls, and seeing who would win the biggest prizes. He had just purchased a giant cone of cotton candy from a vendor, when he bumped into Milly. Billy was petrified when his cotton candy hit the floor. Milly apologized profusely, and offered to buy him a new one. Billy with tearful eyes, accepted the kind gesture. The two started chatting and they soon found that they had a lot of similar interests. After this meeting, the soon fell in love and they started dating.
Even with these developments, Bentley and Billy's rivalry persisted. Bentley had pushed Billy into retreating after giving him some serious bruises. Billy tumbled down the river and stumbled upon the forbidden, Thistle Cave. Billy didn't know what this cave was for, which would be a costly mistake. Billy accidentally bumped a boulder out of the way and thus, he released the supreme evil of The Beast and The Yeast. Billy had released doom upon the universe. Soon, Milly and Billy got married and they couldn't be happier.
This lasted about two years, until Billy was pressurized by Bentley joining The GOODings. Bentley wanted to help defeat The Beast like the rest of The GOODings. This was a very tough decision for Billy to make, since Milly was a loyal member of The GOODings. Billy soon made the decision to join B.A.D. He did this because of his rivalry against Bentley. This would cause Milly and Billy to break up. Billy feeling lonely after the break up, decided to adopt a child. Billy adopted Bubble Cat, and he became his surrogate son.
Later on, Billy and Bentley had their final battle. Bentley struck Billy in the knee with his crowbar, which rendered Billy paralyzed. Billy had to use his bathtub as a wheelchair. Billy relied on Bubble Cat, but he started becoming annoyed of relentlessly taking care of Billy, so Bubble Cat left Billy to die. Billy and Bentley's still continued in their respective sons, Bubble Cat and Limecat.
